At your initial evaluation you and your therapist will discuss the best approach for treatment for your specific needs. Treatments may include: stretching, manual therapy, exercises, use of modalities or gait training.
In most cases, physical therapy helps to reduce symptoms. The therapist will evaluate you and determine if your condition can be helped with physical therapy. Some chronic conditions cannot be healed through physical therapy, but symptoms can be reduced. Our goal is to relieve pain and strengthen the body.
