Additional Facilities: Will you be opening other locations?
       •  Yes! We’re actively planning to open additional physical therapy facilities.

Home Visits: Can you send a therapist to my home?
       •   No, we’re an outpatient facility so all physical therapy is conducted at one of our sites.

Transportation: Do you provide transportation?
       •  No, we don’t have our own transportation. However, those living in the Whiting area can use the Dial-A-Ride
           service for a  low cost of $1.50 each way. Call Dial-A-Ride at 732-350-2900 to find out more.
